Two Layer Salad

Ingredients

1 package (3 ounce) lemon-flavored gelatin
2 cups boiling water
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup Roberts Whipping Cream
1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 package (3 ounce) raspberry-flavored gelatin
1 cup cold water

Preparation

Dissolve lemon-flavored gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Blend together cream cheese and mayonnaise; stir in whipping cream, pineapple juice and dissolved gelatin. Pour into a 9 x 13 x 2 inch baking dish and sprinkle with marshmallows. Chill until firm. Dissolve raspberry-flavored gelatin in remaining boiling water; add cold water; allow to cool. Pour over chilled gelatin layer and refrigerate until firm.
