Ingredients
2 cups Roberts Milk
2 Roberts Egg Yolks, beaten
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon water
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation
Scald milk in a saucepan. Meanwhile, combine beaten egg yolk and sugar. Mix together water and cornstarch; add to egg yolk mixture. Stir a small amount of scalded milk into egg yolk mixture; return to remaining scalded milk in saucepan. Cook over low heat until mixture thickens, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract; chill.
