Veal Loaf

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds ground veal
2 cups grated carrots
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 can (3 ounce) chopped mushrooms, drained
1/2 cup herb seasoned croutons, crushed
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper dash oregano
1 cup Roberts Natural Yogurt
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together thoroughly; press into a buttered loaf pan. Bake at 375° about 1 1/2 hours. Remove from oven and allow to stand 10 minutes. Pour off liquid and transfer loaf to hot platter.
Yield: 6 to 8 servings
