Vinaigrette Dressing

Ingredients

3/4 cup olive oil
1/3 cup wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1 teaspoon minced parsley
1/4 teaspoon MSG
4-6 capers

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together in a tightly covered jar; shake well. Chill at least 4 hours. Serve on crisp salad greens.

Yield: 1 cup
