Wake Up Shake

Ingredients

1 c. Roberts Orange juice
1/2 banana, sliced
1/2 grapefruit, with the sections removed

Preparation

In a blender put, the orange juice, and then the grapefruit sections and then the sliced banana. Blend until well mixed and enjoy. This is the fruit and fiber that you need to start the day and its quick and nutritious.
