Whipped Sour Cream

Ingredients

1 cup Roberts Sour Cream
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

Chill bowl and beaters well. Beat sour cream until it mounds softly, gradually adding powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Serve on gingerbread, spice cake, puddings or pies. Garnish with chopped nuts, maraschino cherries or fruit, chocolate curls or crushed peppermint candy.

Yield: 1 1/2 cups
