Yogurt Latte

Ingredients
1 cup Roberts fat free vanilla yogurt
1 Tbls. instant espresso powder
3 Tbls. confectioner's sugar
1/2 cup Roberts skim milk
4 ice cubes
2 Tbls. whipped topping(optional)
Sprinkle of cocoa powder (optional)
Preparation
Place yogurt, espresso powder, sugar, milk and ice cubes in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into glass and top with whipped topping and sprinkle with cocoa if desired.
Yield: 14 oz.
