Zesty Corn Bread

Ingredients
1 1/4 cups sifted flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup yellow cornmeal
1/4 cup sugar
2 Roberts Eggs
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup Roberts Natural Yogurt
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
Preparation
Sift dry ingredients together. Combine cornmeal, sugar, eggs, vegetable oil and yogurt; add to dry ingredients. Stir in chopped onion, mixing ingredients until thoroughly moistened. Pour mixture into a buttered and floured 9 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 425° for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a wooden pick inserted in center tests clean. Serve hot.
