Zesty Grilled Salmon

Ingredients

1/4 cup Roberts Butter
1 envelope (3/4 ounce) Italian salad dressing mix
salt and pepper to taste
4 salmon steaks

Preparation

Melt butter, then stir in salad dressing mix. Season salmon steaks by brushing with butter sauce. Place on a well-buttered hinged wire grill or on a buttered barbecue grill rack. Cook about 4 inches from moderately hot coals for 5 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork. Baste often with butter sauce.
